internet conection problem (dial)

Dear Sirs:

I have the following Problem

Click in conecci?n to internet and the system stops (alt)
ctl+clt+del is eliminated the task and click again in conecci?n to internet and if it works

The dial networking has been reinstalled but it continues equally

some idea ????
