Internet Connection

Hi,

I have a client with the problem of connecting to Internet. I can ping any private or public IP address, but I cannot ping anything like www.yahoo.com or… gives error message. I have tried reinstalling windows and SP1. Uninstall any anti virus program and other firewall software. Also I am not able to obtain IP address automatically. I have to set it up manually. The DHCP is tested okay. The hardware is good.
