What is the problem when the internet ie will come up when you connect to the internet.
This is a local isp provider, the computer dials up and connects but when you click on ie it says p2p networking cannot connect to server.

You probably have installed or used Kazaa, Morpheous or one of the other music sharing programs, if you installed a firewall after that, the program can no longer connect to the p2p servers on the internet. Download and run SpyBot Search and Destroy to remove the spyware on your machine that is causing some of your problems. (Don’t forget to update the def’s in S&D after you install it)

Open up IE browser and go to TOOLS at the top of the page. Then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. Now the properties box came up for IE. Go to the CONNECTIONS tab. Now there is an option for NEVER DIAL A CONNECTION. Bullet mark this and click apply and then Okay. This should solve your problem.
