Both IE explorer 7 and Mozilla have trouble connecting to the internet from a specific PC at work. Here are the facts.
Only One pc is affetced
Can connect to some sites quickly
Other sites hang – there is no error message
No other PC’s on the Network are affected.
Spyware, virus scan showed no results
Just started happening out of nowhere
PC is Lenovo Thinkcenter running XP SP 2
4 megs ram
Windows Server 2003 r2
Optimum Cable connection – high speed
Really perplexed about this
I have tried the folling
Re-install IE7 and Firefox
Delete and re-install winsock and TCPIP protocols
Re-install Adapter Drivers
Any idea what could cause this?
