Internet Connection Sharing

Hope you will give me best solution with complete guidence for my question.

I have Windows 2000 server running on Server machine and 10 clients to this server running windows xp service pack 2.
My Question is i want to share ADSL internet connection among server and all its clients.
1) How to do that?
2) I need Step by Step guidence
3) IF you can provide me by pictures of the entire setup i will be very grateful to you
