Internet connection splitting

Hello guys, I hope you are all doing well.
My question is about speed splitting. Let’s say for example that we have an internet signal with a speed of 1Gbs and we want to allocate it to 100 houses in a village so that each house will get an internet connection of 10 Mbs ( the connections are independent, so that, the consumption of each house doesn’t affect one another)
So my question is: whether this situation is realistic and feasible(splitting the signal ) and if yes, what are the tools needed to achieve such a result (I first thought that a switch might be enough, but I am not sure).
On the other hand, do you have any critics for this idea of splitting the speed?
I’m sorry for not using the right technical words.

We call up Cisco Meraki and the other companies in that field to get quotes for such a system.
