Internet Content Advisor

I am currently trying to reconfigure a desktop in my department and I cannot seem to launch my tech support site due to the content advisor password being set. The original password is unknown and cannot change password due to this. Where do I go to view and edit original password? Is it in the Reg. Help!!!!
