Here’s a good one on my friends HP labtop everything IE8, windows update, mozilla, UTorrent, or anything like that, the internet will fail to connect and he’s using dsl. Then he has to use the restore disk to load up a previous version before the install to get the internet back. I cant seem to figure it out. I think he should format drive and start over. Please help.
