Internet diabling

i have a network whereby i have internet connection sharing enabled on the windows 2000 server and also has dhcp. so the computers pik up ip address automatically. i want to diable internet and chating on certain pcs this pcs share and also print using tcp/ip soo is there a way to stop the internet only and allow to browse the Network Neighborhood and see the computers. and i also wnt the norton antivirus to have its update done automaticaly. is that possble kindly any1 help and hope there is no need to buy any new software. thanks

On your Windows 2000 server, you can set user rights to the Internet.
I recommend you download your Virus Defintions to your Server, then write a batch job to update from server and copy that Batch job to all your Client Computers Startup directory. This way when each Client boots they'll get a message to update NAV, and they'll collect updates from your 2000 server.
Make a folder called NAV, download Definitions from server to the NAV directory. Then in your batch job set it to collect definitions from your Server. I cant tell you how to write the batch job cause I need alot more details. I can send you sample batch job if you wish. Let me know,

Thanks for the answer but how do i set user rights as non of the computers are being authenticated by that server,and they log on localy on their computer and only use the service of internet conection sharing form the server.
