Internet Expl Parental Control Password

Can anyone tell me how to clear a forgotten supervisor password in Internet Explorer 5 (Tools – Internet Options – Content – Content Advisor – Enable – General – Supervisor Password)? As this was set to the highest level, it is blocking virtually all access to the Internet.
