Recently I saw a nice background I wanted to use for my desktop. I right clicked from the image and set it as my wallpaper. About 2 days later I noticed my video was slow so I went back to the regular Win98 desktop wallpaper. Now when I close out ofIE5.5 it hangs in task manager for about 20 seconds. (IEXPLORE Not Responding), then all is working fine. But for that 20 seconds I cant do anything ie go to control panel, read a document or even shut down. I have uninstalled 5.5 to go back down to4.0 then when and reinstall 5.5. I Tried a repair option but it still hangs. I’m running Win98 with 128mem 8mg video & 8gb hdd. Got me stumped and I’m certified for 95/98/NT&2000
