Here’s the situation…He can browse websites, ping all the websites, has internet, is not firewalled. Not a hardware problem, however; there are some websites he cannot log into. He can go to the main page on some and then log-in fine, then on others he goes to the main page clicks login, and it gives the

“Cannot connect to website, please check to see you are on internet, security, bla bla..we all know this screen”

Now, the websites can be viewed from other computers! Clearly It has to be an IE Windows setting, what it is I am not sure. The IE reads about being 128 bit, SSL 1.0, SSL 2.0, TLS 1.0 are all enabled. Anyone know what might be causing this?
