I have a client whose browser imediatly crashes and writes an error to Dr Watson when she clicks on the IE Icon on the desktop. Now, if she opens the My Computer icon and types in the http address everything is fine until she selects the favorites button on the tool bar. When she does that, it crashes again. I logged in as administrator and everything works as it should, even the favorites. I tried coping the favorites folder from the administrator profile to hers, but still have the same problem. Short of removing her from the system, deleting the profile and adding her again, are there any suggestions? I really don’t wish to take that action, because of the ramifications. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.
