Internet Explorer 6.0 SPI

I’m getting this damm popup window each time I’m going to next message from hotmail inbox so I know the problem is on my side.

Just a window pops up all white nothing in it and in the background it’s loading to next message but does not complete intell I close this damm popup.

It’s like this popup holds background connection intell I close it.

Any ideas. I have run reapir tool no luck.

This happens on yahoo site also and may also if I keep going around the web.
