Internet Explorer – Access Options

I am on latest Version. Dunno what happened, but now I can not access the internet options function. Tells me to access is denied “due to restrictions” on the computer.

I have admin rights. Home computer. Other users are just fine.

I know this must be simple, but no luck finding anything.

First time here. Sorry, do not appear to have many “points” to give….”
