Internet Explorer Cipher Strengh

Recently upgraded IE5 to IE6 on Win2k and the Cipher Strength reporting in Help About is 56-bit. I need it to be 128-bit, I've even tried reinstalling IE6 without any luck.

This behavior can occur if the Schannel.dll, Rsabase.dll, or Rsaenh.dll files are missing, damaged, or of the incorrect version.

Downloaded a exe file from Microsoft that did the trick ie encpack_win2000_en.exe
