Internet Explorer font and image changes

One of my user is having problem with Internet Explorer. IE is currently running 6.0 version with sp2. User is able to browse Internet without any problem, but if she goes into msn.com or mapquest.com, size of fonts and images gets very big. I can change settings or font through view menu but I have to change it manually everytime I go into those websites. I tried system restore and internet options. Can someone please help me how I can configure these settings?
