Internet Explorer History Folders

About 20 of my users have been set up for Internet Access. We have a MetaFrame setup and users access the Internet via a Firewall. All the MetaFrame Servers run IE 5. My question is, why is it some user’s History Folder contains a date type icon for tday and other dates whilst others have an individual folder for each day? This does not appear consistent? Can anyone help? Thank you.
