Why is Internet Explorer not responding? The version was 5.0 and upgraded to 6.0 with same results, Windows 2000 OS with all patches. Have to end task to get out of program because mouse has no function when in IE, although I can AltTab to go to another program. It does appear that the OS is still functioning properly. The strange thing is that I can go to a web site from inside Explorer or My Computer. The proplem only exist from executing iexporer.exe.
