Internet Explorer Print Errors

By pierrejamme ·
I have a networked user who gets this error when trying to print a web page: exception information Code: 0xc015000f flags: 0x00000000 REcord: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x0000000077f6fafb on a brand new Dell Optiplex GX270 w512MB RAM XP Pro and the NetWare client 4.9sp1a. No one else is experiencing this, and I just rolled out 10 identical computers (were identical a week ago). Not much help in google some reference to: .NET (I removed it) and NetWare client 4.83sp1, (not an issue).
Looked for IE in Comntrol Panel to repair, couldn't find it??

Any ideas?

Remove all printers, reboot, and re-add all printers with the latest drivers.
If it is still a problem uninstall and reinstall IE.
Install updates from windowsupdate.

Thanks for your comments. I will print out in case the problem comes back.
I believe I have corrected the issue by removing the .NET Wndows Udate. That as the only comuter out of ten that had that patch aplied. I used Add Remove to get rid of it. (I am against anything .NET or Passport, rebooted and he can now print. I must have been dozing when I picked recommended updates for this particular computer.

login as the administrator or another user on that box and go to the same page.
if it prints well, the user profile is corrupt and you have to delete the existing one via the document and settings folder, and let the user login back to recreate the profile.

If the administrator user can not print either, the problem is in the os somewhere.
