I have 2 accounts on my PC, the Administration and the Guest. When you log in as Guest Internet Explorer window cannot open when u click on the IE icon, but it’s ok when in the Administration account. I’m not too sure if other programs have the same problem but so far it’s only the IE that’s having that problem. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
