Internet Explorer Right click Disable

I am trying to disable the right click from the Internet Explorer to keep user from displaying the address bar and changing other settings. I found a way how to disable the right click from within the web page but not from the title bar or the other web content unrelated bars. I know there is a way from within the registry but I don’t remember where to start.
thanks
