Internet/Print sharing via USB ?

By GivatiA ·
I have one PC (Win9 with internet (single IP) and a printer (hpdj920c), and another notebook (Win2k). Want ot share Internet/Printer. Can i somehow use USB (both PCs have) for that purpose?
If so - how?
Other alternatives (w/o purchasing HW)?

You can do this. The easiest way is to purchase a USB Direct Connect unit. these cost around ?47 and are available from most networking companies (misco or global direct in the uk).
Alternatively you can purchase 2 USB network adaptors at around ?30 each and a Cat 5 Cable.

You can get two net cards and a crossover cable cheaper than that, and it will work much better!
