Internet Problems

When i enter the following web address:

http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/< br>

IT does not I go into this webaddree it gives me this:

I have tried other web address and it either gives me this web address or informs me that there is an ie problem.

Can anyone tell me how to cure this.

Should i use the IE Service Pack.

I have emails in Incredimail how can i cahnge them back into Outlook or Outlook express.
