Internet problems please help

Everytime I click on internet explorer it does not load so i have
to press ctrl+alt+delete and then close down some program named
Arz7090 or Tmo4241 or Cxi4273 or Ptg4335 (it has a different name everytime)
because it is not responding and after i close that down the internet browser opens
what can i do to avoid having to close down those programs?
