My office internet has been running slow for 3 days.
No one has any kind of file sharing software in use. I have reset the modem. Tried a ping to the company website … I got a request timed out and 3 replies. I tried a trace route and got a request timed out on the 12th hop.
On top of everything else …. there are too many hops and the ping is taking 648 ms. Any ideas?
