Internet sharing

I’m looking for assistance with internet sharing on a LAN, i have a total of 10 PC’s on the LAN, 2 have Windows XP and the rst have Windows 98, i have two modems (56K), one is connected to the Xp PC and the other to A Win 98 PC. I would like to use the one with Win98 for the main connection and let the other get the internet connection from it.
Please assist with how i should go about with the sharing.
