Internetworking Windows 2000

By Bobbette ·

I would like to know if you can install a Dial Up Adapter and bind it to the TCP/IP protocol in the Windows 2000 Professional.
I have searched many areas and have not yet found the steps (if they exist)on how to do this.
PS: someone has told me it is possible...what do say??

YES - Rigth click on network neighbourhood (or whatever its called) and select properties. Right click on the dial up connection that you want tcp/ip to bind to and click properties.

Then install TCP/IP to the dial up connection (use std. install). to see if it has bound, check the advanced tab in the advanced menu (main screen, right down the bottom, you wwont miss it!).
