We currently send thousands of faxes via RightFax. Of the total about 10% fail for some reason or another. Our current configuration retries faxes every 5 minutes for 5 tries. We would like to change that configuration in order to reduce our failed fax %. Any recommendations or information on where to find retry interval information?
