Interview question

A friend of mine has an interview tomorrow for a pc support/help desk position in her company. What kind of questions should she expect at the interview? Any comments/advice is very appreciated!

Depends on the person interviewing

If the interviewer is worth their salt then...
They would ask questions relevant to the job description. Ask if a job description is available and study this for clues as to what is expected.
For a help desk/support role I would expect level 1 and 2 type questions and people skills questions. Also expect questions that are designed to get a reaction from the interviewee.
There are heaps of sample questions on the Internet. I did a search of Tech Republic site and found a wealth of information here (the first link that I list below is an actual questionaire typical of L1/L2 jobs. Try the downloads section. I searched for "interview" and "test" and got a lot of hits.
Also don't forget that intelligent questions are expected of the candidate.
