I am after advice, I am about to interview someone for an IT Project Managers position, we have not had one previously, and I am wondering what would be some good questions that would demonstrate a candidates experience and understanding of the processes involved. I am also doing the same for an IT Account Manager for internal clients. I need someone who is proactive and would be able to operate without to much supervision, again any suggestions for good interview questions?
