Hi ,
I just had an interview with a consulting company for which i fitted the role and was actually a bit overqualified for the job. Irrespective of that the company took a lot of pain to set up an interview and then they ask me four questions .
1) Tell me about yourself
2) What is your work ethic
3) What is your Visa status
4) When can you join
I have been on the other side of interviews before so i knew exactly what to say , and this was for a experienced professional of about 3-4 years . So i was expecting questions on my prev experience and stuff like that , but none of that , but with answers to those four questions they actually rejected me , i really dont get it …Can someone help
