Hi all,
I have installed Interwise now called AT & T Connect version 8.2.27.It has installed properly.But I need the following requirements.
1.It is creating ‘Interwise ‘ folder in Program Files.But I need it to create in C drive(C:\drive).
2. C:\interwise\participant is the default folder for saving the Whiteboard contents, Notes and recordings. When the application is not finding the folder, the default location is pointing to ..\Documents\interwise\… folder (R:\)
3. After launching the AT&T Connect Material Editor, the desktop shortcut for the application is reappearing. Probably the installation is trying to self-heal.
