Our CEO wants to implementing a company intranet, based on domino. We’ve a few ideas on content but I’m wary about going overboard with allowing users to add content because it just ends up completely out of date. You know the kind of thing – ‘Latest News from the IT Department’ and it’s 2 years out of date. I reckon putting business & admin functions in there is the quick win. Things like logging helpdesk calls, timesheet recording, new hire process, leavers process etc. What are people’s thoughts about what to put in the intranet, and how to maintain it.
