INVALID PAGE FAULT CDFVIEW.DLL

We have a PC running Win 95 and IE 5.0.
Once Windows starts it gives the startup error “Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module CDFVIEW.DLL at 0137:01016a8a”

I know this DLL relates to IE but am unsure as to how to correct this fault.
Any ideas?
