Invalid Page Faults

by mvenrooy . Updated 24 years, 9 months ago

I have several IBM 300GL, (Celeron 466 Mhz, 96MB RAM, 10.1 GB HD) in several remote locations that are experiencing numerous invalid page fault errors. Various software (Excel, Word, NLNotes, JW9C, Spool32) can cause the invalid page fault at kernel32.dll.
The problem is I cannot recreate the error at will to find the cause. Many times this error will pop up when trying to print AS400 screens, printing email, printing templates to a Lexmark T610; other times it will appear for no apprent reason.
I’ve formatted the HD and totally reloaded all the software on one system, ran scan disk, defrag, virus check, IBM diagnostics disk, added more memory, changed printer cables, printed to a different printer, disabled Norton Anti-virus, tried different printer port settings in the BIOS (EPP, Standard), removed print sharing, updated print drivers, and made sure the system was shut on and clean booted each morning. Also check to make sure no power surges were occcurring and checked the LAN in one particular remote office.
Any ideas??? PLEASE!
