IP addess in system32 file – it’s taking up 183 mb?

What is this? I was running a diskanalysis trying to clean up some huge outdated files and came across this weird little entry. The file type is 78 File.

I don’t know what it is and couldn’t find an answer on google…

It isn’t for either of our printservers or my static IP address or the IP of our wireless network.
