Currently, I am supporting extimated 100 users that will eventually grow to 400 users. I am planning to change the IP address from 10.10.10.1/100 to Class C IP address(192.168.1.1/100). The Router (Cisco 2600) is currently using 10.10.10.15. How do I go about it with out causing any damage and do what do I need to change in the router? I have also 6 Servers that need to be changed.

Assign a secondary address to your router in the new range:

int e0
ip address 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0 secondary

NT servers can also support secondary addresses, but this can confuse the heck out of browsing, WINS, etc. Better to cut all the addresses over at once (DHCP is a god-send here for your clients) and flush your WINS database completely. Plus, if you do a hot cut, you don't need the secondary address on the router.

one range is not enough for 400 users. you need at least two. best thing to do is make sure you can roll back the changes you make.
