    Ip conflict

    by mkpongsaviour7 ·

    Good day guys
please, I am new to networking, I have a problem with my new router, it browses very well on a laptop but once I connect it to my local server which has an IP 192.168.0.22 it doesn’t allow the app to function again (can’t even load the application that uses the above-mentioned IP)

Please, can anyone help on what to do

A conflict needs 2, not just one, so your post is incomplete at least.
      Can you tell
      – the IP-address of the router
      – what is it in “it browses” (it’s probably not the router that browses)
      – what that mysterious app and application are?
      – does the server use DHCP to connect to the router or does it have a fixed IP-address?
      – what subnet mask used by the server?
      – what IP-address and subnet mask used by the devices the app and the application run on?
