IP Contact Centre

I have a mid sized Cisco VOIP installation and an old traditional PBX (can you tell that I dont know voice that well, even after 3 years of it) about 700 handsets on each. I am looking at replacing an aging siemens HIPath contact centre with one that runs over the Cisco voice network. Obviously im looking at Cisco’s offering but also at IPFX’s contactcentre. Has anyone experience of either or both of these that would like to share. Or even throw in some other vendors that I may want to investigate that would also use Cisco telephony infrastructure? 25-50 agents. TIA.
