iPad won’t connect to network
Our school district has just under 1,100 iPads. The vast majority of them work wonderfully, however we have five that refuse to connect to the school network. They report that the password is incorrect. That’s not true as we’ve entered the password many, many times. The thing that is so maddening is that I can take them somewhere else and they’ll connect to another network just fine. So, what could it be about our school network that just 5 out of 1,100 iPads don’t like?
I’ve tried all of the standard stuff like forget the network, reset network settings, etc. We use a Ruckus Zone Director 3050 to manage our wireless networks. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I’ve talked to Apple and they don’t know the answer.
