ipconfig, ping and other diagnostic command are not working in command prom

Iam in Marvel semicunductor Pvt Ltd.company. I have 200 computer network. I faced a strange problem. I m not able to execute or work with ping, ipconfig and other diagnostic utility command. Please tell me sollution for this
