Iphone won’t download video from Premiere Pro?

I work as a video editor for a start up company. Lately, every time I edit a video for socials, no matter what I try those co-workers with iPhone’s, who need the videos on their phone to upload content, can’t download the videos at all.

We’ve tried Google Drive, Dropbox, Wetransfer, WhatsApp, airdrop, .mp4, .mov and .mpg, converting to .mov in QuickTime from their macs, and the only times we’ve managed to get it working the quality has dropped so much it’s not useable.

has anyone else encountered this issue? are there any fixes I’m not thinking of?

What browser do your co-workers use on their iPhone? Of course, there is Safari, but Chrome and Firefox work also on iOS. Not to mention 5 other browser Google search recommends as the “best”: Dolphin, Opera mini, Atomic, Mercury Pro, Coast Opera.

Since Premiere Pro is a paid program, did you already contact Adobe customer support? They might be able to help.

Adobe Premiere Pro lets you easily create videos that can be exported to the Web or mobile devices. Click on the sequence and select File > Export > Media to export your project.
