OS Win XP Home.
We purchased an IPOD NANO 2GB and cannot install the soft ware, either from the supplied disc or downloading from the Apple Computer UK website.We get a message “unable to complete installation” error code 1628. Aso an error code -3.We have a 9 page download from Apple Computers, and have carried out their recommendations, with no change.
Can any one help PLease?
