IPX throughput testing

By g_elkenhans ·
A nice little program called ttcp will perform throughput testing for the IP protocol on the NT/UNIX platform. What I woould like is a simular program that I could load on our Novell Severs and test them in a simular way.

If there are other ideaspeople use to test their servers/network in a sumular manner to wsttcp, I would love to hear about it.

I use IPXCON.NLM for quick and dirty config and testing. Its part of Netware itself, so is free.

I like QCHECK from net iQ. You install it on your endpoints (in this case, nlm's on the servers) and then run the console program. It does throughput, streaming, and response times on TCP and IPX. You can get it for free from http://www.ganymede.com/
