try going to syscomfiguration utility (start run type msconfig, then select startup and check to see if it is there if so uncheck i would do the same with services tab.) restart the machine that would stop if from starting. then go to add\remove programs see if they are there if so uninstall then make sure you remove any folder. I would also run adaware or spybot search and destroy if it keeps popping up then run highjackthis (becare it is a strong program.)

It's a well known pest.

It hijacks your search settings when you click on the "Default Search Engine" link at http://iquicksearch.com/ Changed settings:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main] "Search Page"="http://www.iquicksearch.com/search.htm"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main] "Search Bar"="http://www.iquicksearch.com/search.htm"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL] ""="http://www.iquicksearch.com//search.htm%s"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search] "SearchAssistant"="http://www.iquicksearch.com/search.htm"

Pest Patrol will find and remove that program.
