When looking at my system resources hardware conflicts/sharing I see the following:

Does this look like it could be a problem? I am experiencing freezes, and system resource drops(sometimes down as low as 4%). I am running Win98, 256MBRAM lots of free space, Nothing extra in startup, and get quicker resource drops when running MSAccess. Looking to gain understanding on possible reasons for these issues. Any suggestions?
