Windows 2000 has taken complete controll of my IRQ’s, nothing I do will allow me to manually assign IRQ’s.
WIndows 2000 has assigned multiple PCI cards to the same IRQ which shows up in the conflict/sharing folder under SysInfo.
When I look atthe cards individually they do not show any conflict however, I am doing video editing and my SCSI, Video and Capture card are all being used at the same time, because they all share the same IRQ, the performance of my machine has dropped signifantly.
I would appreciate a work-around.
