irq routing table error

im trying to install win xp back onto a laptop, but keep getting BSOD. after using ubcd i find an error. it says "rom irq routing table is faulty" how can i fix this? i already flashed the bios, have all defaults on, changed ram, and changed hdd. still same problem.

Does BIOS have PnP OS option

Does mobo have setting for PnP OS? (try enabling or disabling that that setting)

The PCI table is what Windows pnp uses

Tried disabling all PCI and USB devices on mobo? Devices that have a bridge chip, like PCI and USB, have a routing table, that sometimes gets hosed.

Pull ALL devices....wlan card, modem, memory, etc.
