I tried to change the IRQ settings of the modem, but it doesnt allow it.I have celeron 566 on a ECS P6IWP-Fe mainboard with Intel i810 onboard chip,.SDRAM 128,Hard drive 8,5 GB.The modem, the 3D Sound(Soundblaster 16-bit-compatible),the AGP 3D-Graphics and the network adapter are built in .The modem (56Kbps V.90)is intergrated with the built inaudio system. The manual says to install a DAA module that supplies the RJ11 sockets for LINE and TELEPHONE,so it can transfer data and voice.:Is it something i can fing and install this DAA Module??Do you know where i might find it?

IRQ Settings

Hi your problem may be due to a lack of spare IRQ's. If you are not useing the comports disable them in the Bios to free up 2 IRQ's. I hope this helps.

Best Regards
